Self-Defense Class
Course Expectations for Self-Defense Class:
Recommended for grades 7-12.
This class meets every other week.
This course will allow students to gain hands-on experience by learning proper techniques regarding self-defense. This course is mainly hands-on with students practicing learned techniques with each other after the instructor explains and demonstrates them. This course will provide a solid foundation for students who are seeking general self-defense fundamentals.

- Students must be willing to actively participate in hands-on exercises with fellow students in a safe manner to learn, understand, and fully execute the techniques.
- Students will be graded on their participation throughout the semester and their performances in class based off of each individual skill level.
- This course is built and heavily relies on student participation.
