Mrs. Stefanie Gazich, ARCHES Administrator
Stefanie Gazich is the mother of six children and the grandmother of eleven. She and her family are parishioners of Epiphany Catholic Church in Coon Rapids, MN. She home educated for twenty-two years. She is a graduate of Ohio University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. She did field reporting for an ABC affiliate in Charlotte, N.C. and was offered a writing position for CNN in Atlanta, Georgia. Stefanie believes strong grammar skills polish and enhance one's ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Stefanie has been a tutor with ARCHES for 21 years and loves teaching by engaging students in memorization, recitation, spelling, diagramming, and formation of strong sentence structure. In Pre-Algebra, students participate by working problems at their desk and on the board thus engaging them in the learning process. Students especially learn how to create equations from clue words within the word problem helping them overcome their fears and anxieties in solving them. She cherishes the truths of the Catholic church and is passionate in helping children discover its treasures.

Mrs. Debra Sivula
Debra Sivula is happily married to her husband, Joel, a mother of six children, grandmother of twenty-four and a mother-in-law to four. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Viterbo University in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Her first career from 1979 to 1985 was being an oncology nurse at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis and the University Hospital at the University of Minnesota. She retired in 1985 to stay home and educate her children. She is a member of the Church of Saint Paul in Ham Lake. She loves science and would like to pass her knowledge on to others.

Mr. Steve Stolz
Steve Stolz is married and the father of five children and grandfather of four. Steve, who grew up Lutheran, decided after seven years of marriage to his lovely Catholic wife, Mary, to truly study the Catholic faith in his effort to determine what truth was. Steve especially noticed the constant changes in the beliefs and practices of the Protestant churches while the Catholic church remained firm in its doctrine. Steve studied numerous Catholic apologetics books backed by a heavy dose of the early Church Fathers leading him to greatly appreciate the authority given to the Church as the infallible interpreter of Holy Scripture. That period of study convinced Steve, beyond any doubt, that the Catholic Church was the Church founded by Jesus upon Peter. Steve entered the Catholic Church in 1992 and has volunteered with the youth at St. Peter's Catholic Church since 2009. Steve is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (Madison), where he received his Bachelor of Science in Joint Astronomy Physics and a Master of Science in Computer Science. After working for Hewlett-Packard for 12 years and a startup company, he and two friends started their own software business after 9/11. That business grew to over 30 employees and was split into two businesses, both of which were eventually sold. He is now happily retired. Steve also worked as an EMT for 10 years for the cities of Falcon Heights and Lauderdale. In addition to teaching, he especially likes playing board games with his wife, competing in triathlons both locally and nationwide, and teaching youth how to barefoot waterski.

Mrs. Cindy Goldade
Cindy Goldade is a homeschool mom of three. Her oldest teaches Ag in Royalton, MN. Her middle kiddo is an owner of Rolling G Equine in Stacy where he is a reining cowhorse trainer and farrier. The youngest graduated high school in 2023 with an Associate Degree in Management, Marketing and Sales from M-State. She is married and a mom, as well as a leather worker and cottage baker of gluten and dairy free goodies up in Isle. Cindy and her husband own Direct Bore, Inc, an underground construction company. Cindy has a bachelor’s in education with her master’s degree in Montessori education. She currently teaches at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She is also an international Brain Gym® faculty and is passionate about helping individuals more deeply understand their unique learning styles as well as teaching them strategies to reach their goals. She presents on the brain, learning styles, and movement-based learning throughout Minnesota, as well as internationally. Her family is active at the Church of St. Paul in Ham Lake as well as very involved in 4-H at the county and state level. Cindy is excited to share her educational experiences as an employee, employer, adjunct faculty, independent contractor, lifelong learner, etc. Her courses are interactive and collaborative opportunities for self-growth.

Mrs. Amanda Sanoski
Originally from central Minnesota, Amanda Sanoski now lives in White Bear Lake with her husband and two children. She is a member of the Church of St. Pius X and worked from 2007-2017 at the Church of Saint Paul in Ham Lake. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies Education and a Master of Arts degree in History from St. Cloud State University. Amanda loves all things related to history and is very excited for the upcoming course.

Mr. Doug Spanier
Doug Spanier lives in Lino Lakes with his wife and 4 boys and attend the Church
of St. Paul in Ham Lake. Doug went to college at St. John's University in Collegeville,
Minnesota, where he majored in English and minored in Government. He went on to
get his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He first clerked for Judge
Bruce Gross in the 5th Judicial District before he became General Counsel at the
Minnesota Department of Agriculture. He has worked at the Department for over 25
years. He also taught Government Regulation of Agriculture at Hamline Law School for
15 years. American Government
Mr. Dave Meeds
Dave Meeds is licensed by the State of Minnesota to teach Mathematics in grades 5-12.
He taught for 7 years in the public school system, both at the high school and junior high levels.
After his daughter was born, he became a stay-at-home father and then began teaching at HERO, a homeschool organization in Forest Lake. He is familiar with Saxon having taught Saxon Math 7/6, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Probability and Statistics. He also taught a few PSEO classes at HERO for Crown College. Dave and his family are active parishioners of St. Mary of the Lake Church in White Bear Lake.

Miss Lucy Latawiec:
Lucy graduated from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio in 2023, where she earned a B.S. in Biology. She is not only an alumnus of ARCHES, but she also taught the ARCHES Biology class for the 2023-2024 school year in between degrees. Lucy will graduate this August with her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. Her missionary heart has led her into various volunteer positions working with the homeless and pro-life movement.
